How we work: we file lawful notices against fake, extortionate and unlawful reviews under the EU Digital Services Act (Article 16 — notice-and-action), the GDPR, and Member-State law, and we escalate unanswered cases (DSA Art. 20 internal complaint → Art. 21 ADR / Digital Services Coordinator). The Digital Services Act is a notice-and-action mechanism, not a right to deletion: the platform or court makes the final decision. We do the work and escalate — we never guarantee removal, and we never contest genuine reviews.
